That’s why we are different! Our inclusions list provides all the things that everyone wants...and more!  Every house has 8’6” ceilings (2550mm), lots of tiling (not just the wet areas!) & carpet throughout,  a walk in pantry, a walk in linen press or large built in linen press, large bedrooms, overhead cupboards in the kitchen, ducted heating, flyscreens and security grilles to external sliding doors, 3 coats of paint, telephone run-in, Rinnai instant gas hot water service. the list goes on!

All these things are included in our base price, so there’s no hidden surprises and nothing left for you to do but move in and enjoy!

And of course, you’re welcome to add in any particular items you may wish for us to supply.
