That’s why we are different! Our two different inclusions lists provide all the things that everyone wants... and more! With our Luxury Inclusions, every house has 8’6” ceilings (2550mm), lots of tiling (not just the wet areas!) & carpet throughout, overhead cupboards in the kitchen, ducted heating, flyscreens and window locks, 3 coats of paint, telephone run-in, instant gas hot water service... the list goes on!
And our Homestarter range provides everything you need to get you into your first home, or investment home.
All these things are included in our base price, so there’s no hidden surprises and nothing left for you to do but move in and enjoy!
And of course, you’re welcome to add in any particular items you may wish for us to supply.
