Full quotes with genuine pricing. We make sure your quote includes everything, with no nasty surprises later on. All our homes are priced with carpet, driveway, dishwasher, remote to garage, tiles to entry, meals, kitchen and all wet areas, clothesline, letterbox, window furnishings, antennae, soaring 8’6” ceilings, heating & cooling, and all the wonderful things you would expect to get in a new home, such as overhead cupboards in your kitchen, flyscreens, brick infills over windows and so much more!
Excludes sitecosts which require soil tests, surveys & levels to be undertaken by an engineer first. But once you’ve selected your home, paid your deposit and received back your sitecosts, we will go through it for you with a fine tooth comb and give you a full price BEFORE you sign the contract.
