Custom Designs

Almost every design that we have built has had some changes made to it! In fact, some designs finish up looking nothing like how they started! And that’s okay with us. We’re here to work with you to design your perfect home. We do all our preliminary drafting in-house, so you can either sit down with us and we’ll draw your plan on the spot, or send us your ideas, sketches or amendments to our existing plans and we’ll have them redrawn and sent back to you within 24 hours. Yes, we work that quickly, sometimes quicker. If you have had a set of plans drawn by a draftsman, we’d be thrilled to be given the opportunity to quote on building your new home.

Do custom designs cost more to build than a standard plan?

No. We do not charge a surcharge for using your own plan.
